Brown sugar is just white sugar which is soaked in molasses. Better to switch it to a fructose free alternative like rice syrup or stevia
Tanya
Choose an unprocessed alternative, such as organic muscavado sugar which is completely unprocessed, in moderation of course. It is absolutely delicious and much better for you than the standard 'brown sugar' which is white sugar soaked in molasses. Ugh. So sad that people are led to think that this is a better than white sugar.

Thank you so much for the Saturday post… Please keep them coming and I'm hoping for Sunday Daily Motivation, too!!

Helllooooooooo berry. I rode my bike 65 miles today. Toughest, hilliest ride I've done in a year. I didn't want to do it but I forced myself and had a blast even though my bike was trashed at the end, can't begin to tell you what mood I've been in all day.

#6 I switched to brown rice and whole grains 7 weeks ago, and along with exercising for 30 mins 4 times a week, I've dropped a dress size already. And that's withh hormones being all over the place causing me to be tired and bloated a lot of the time. Switch ladies! You won't regret it! And thanks to you berries this post has helped keep me motivated!

#6 wrong! Carbs are carbs no matter the color…carbs (and sugars) trigger insulin into the bloodstream, which stores as fat. Minimize carb and sugar intake, lose weight. It's just that simple.
Jen
however! if you are going to eat carbs/sugar, the unbleached unmodified versions are the best for you. also, if you work out, there should be SOME sugar/carbs in your diet.

#9 WHY do people still drink soda regularly? It blows my mind.
