Anna Kendrick got dressed up for the Summer 2012 issue of Boston Common Magazine. In the cover picture, she wore a Dior gown with matching red pumps. When asked about her celebrity status, she had a humbling response:
“I still find it all rather scary. I still get sweaty and super-nervous before I walk the red carpet… I remember when I first came to Los Angeles, I was shocked at the open ambition and complete lack of humility. Bragging about what you had, what you had done, and what you hoped to do— I thought it was such a strange phenomenon. Those are things you keep to yourself.”

Fergie scored the July 2012 cover shoot for Self Magazine. During her interview she explained what she is focusing on now.
“I needed to take a break from performing, and from the Peas, to be happy. I craved female time, and time with my husband to feed my soul. My life now is about being balanced. I’m passionate about work and working out, seeing friends and family, and letting my hair down once in a while.”
She also revealed her secret energy source. “Josh turned me on to juicing, and now I do it when I wake up and between meals. The energy it gives me is amazing—I hardly need caffeine anymore. We blend kale, spinach, broccoli and celery with a banana, an apple and a pear. We have two Vitamixes going at once! But I’m only really strict about what I eat when I know I have to be in a bathing suit.”

But I wanted the clothes to be where any girl could wear it — no matter what size you are — and you could feel comfortable in it,” noted Hudson.

After slipping into a coma, doctors informed her mother Leila, 31, that she was not expected to survive. A week after lying comatose, Adele’s hit song came onto the radio. Her mom knew her daughters fondness for the tune so she sang along.
“Charlotte started smiling, and I couldn’t believe it,” Leila told the Telegraph. “It was the first time she had reacted to anything since the hemorrhage. The nurses were astounded and told me to keep singing, and she smiled again. The nurses said it was like I ‘unlocked her’ and from that day she started getting better and better.” -source
