I'd say #12 – Maggie.
I don't want to be mean; but I don't like Ginnifer's short hair (#3). Her head is too wide to have such short hair – it looks weird to me; and her ears stick out too much. She looks much better in longer hair, when she wears a wig in Once Upon a Time
