I was a PT for several years, and as much as I'd like to believe it, I'd have to call BS on "NO gym work". There's clearly extra muscle mass under the frame now. Maybe he worked out at home, hence no "gym" being technically accurate.
P90X or similar, maybe?

Thanks! I say I actually have abs of steel. It's just that they are under a lot of fat!
I used to do significant weight training oh so long ago. Was 10% body fat. It felt GREAT.
Have considered the 10 minute trainer. With fibromyalgia 10 minutes is about all I can do now.

I love this post! I just had my second kid and have til august too fit into a bridesmaid dress! I've lost 3 inches and have atleast 5 more too go. This post helps me get motivated when I have NO energy! So thank you!
