I really miss mcdonalds… just fries and a caramel sundae :'(
(drowining my sorrow in a whey protein isolate drink)
Every now and then it's okay to have the "To hell with the work out, I want to EAT!" day as long as you get your ass out of bed the next morning.
I concur. Maybe once a month I'll indulge in about half an order of french fries…. and then I do an extra round of cardio! Even indulging is ok in severe moderation!
It is NEVER ok to cheat with fast food! Especially McDonalds. That's not to say a cheat day isn't ok on rare occassions…
I love this category I just became a Beachbody coach
Thank You Berry for the Daily Motivation. Had my pinky broken yesterday helping a student train and KCCO. Though it DM that is helping stay on track to sweat and workout if I get a A-OK from doctors on Tuesday.
Can you take the Luminate icon off the bottom of the pics please?!
The daily motivation has changed my life! I looked in the mirror and was shocked at my eyes looking twice the size due to my face thinning out. Whenever I try to lose weight i just focus on my midsection and get discouraged but now I realize this is an entire body change! I went from the mentality of "I can't wait until I'm hungry again so i can eat more food" to "What foods will keep me most healthy and full" and now when my boyfriend goes out for fast food I tell him I don't want anything (: thanks berry!
That's great!! Congratulations!!
#4 over WHAT period of time??? And thanks for the Saturday motivation!!
Exactly what I want to know too!
I dragged my ass out of bed this morning to swim! No regrets!

Cute clothes motivate me! Just playing. It's all about health. I somtimes feel as though these posts are borderline pro-ana. Despite the popular belief that skinny equals healthy, it is not necessarily true.
#4 thats the biggest crap i’ve ever heard. in what period of time? 10 years? water only fills you up, but drinking water doesn’t burn calories

I think the idea is water fills you up so you eat less… and then lose weight when you do burn those calories.
