I never was much into MJ growing up, however, I gained a new level of respect for him as a performer after watching This Is It.

Yeah I really respect the guy. I also really respect Jerry Sandusky. I guess MJ gets a free pass because he was a celebrity.

I'm sorry, but seeing pics of Michael just makes me sad – someone with such genius that absolutely butchered himself and spiralled down into a life so delusional, he thought he could tell people he never went under the knife as if he wasn't wearing the evidence all over his face, and that a grown man sharing the bed of a young boy who was not his kid was normal, and in fact if we thought it was weird it's because we were the ones bringing the idea of sex into it. I can't even listen to him singing as a kid-it's too sad to think about what he must have endured at that juncture of his life to end up so profoundly broken as an adult.

Saying "I only respect his music and art – blah, blah, blah" is like saying you only respect Jerry Sandusky for his defensive strategies. They both raped little boys, but MJ was rich and famous (and black once).
