Just remember that you CAN overdose on water. So drink a lot and sweat it out! Also pee all the time.

Shaun T, creator of Insanity, says you should drink half your weight in water a day. Be sure to workout/get active every day and eat right.

It's super hard to od on water…….. you would have to drink atleast a five gallon container at once. You can drink five gallons a day if you're active and it's sipped throughout the day.
