there is another girl who has a before and after story from blogilates as well. I didn't really think much of pop pilates but after seeing the before and afters, I'm definitely going to try!

Berry, I always avoid these posts. I felt guilty for not doing anything. Today, I quit making excuses and started. I got on the treadmill and walked for 30 mins. It's not much but at least it's a start!

    • Big_James

The hard part is not know what to do but actually putting it in action. We have all been there congrats on getting the 30 mins up. Lets see your before and after photos I am sure it will take no time at all. Keep at it.

    • Blushy

Awesome, I know how you feel, I would do the same thing myself. Keep it up, every little bit helps. Really, rock it!!!

      thats grat

      • marajade2

        thats great :)

When you find yourself making excuses, make yourself do 10 minutes. 10 minutes is no biggie and it helps you keep up the habit of a workout.
A lot of times you'll go ahead and do your entire workout which means sometimes the hardest part is showing up…which you did. Good job!

  • Claudia

Motivated me into going for my run now. Thanks!

#4 I try to give myself one day a week to splurge a little, but not TOO much. It helps the morale for the rest of the week. :D

    • Fin

I am the same! Friday nights we have pizza and wine, some chips and dips. The other six and a half days a week I eat uber healthily and get plenty exercise. Pizza night doesn't seem to have any adverse effects after that, but it sure gives me incentive when I'm feeling unmotivated, knowing it's coming up! :) I so love the daily motivation posts, you all inspire me!

#13 Amazing job! Such an inspiration!

Berry, I just wanted to say thank you for getting my fat lazy arse back on track. Been suffering from grief since my Dad passed away in April and got into a bad slump, I actually went through quite a lot of motivation threads and decided to sign myself up for bootcamp. I keep looking at them over and over to keep myself going. I will honestly say I am feeling much more upbeat these days :D

  • Sophia

Be careful when looking at lighter versions! Usually their "skinny" version uses sweetener in their syrups which can be worse.

    • Hepburn3

Thanks for that info Sophia. :)

  • Alicia

There we are in #6!!! Shufflin'!!!!

I’m researching regarding this bachelor qualification within computer system scientific research, i may perhaps keep on to acquire a experts qualification. Concerning this A+ and Network+ certifications, for intending to having Red hat, Circle Stability, and also Microsoft windows certifications.. . Should i purchase a project working at computer system ‘forensics’ with this particular? Otherwise, what exactly what exactly is do in order to boost this possibility of getting a computer system ‘forensics’ project?. . Thank you. Slightly more info: I truly do far more developing as opposed to whatever by using pc systems, and yet I’m very good together with the non-programming area way too..
