#3 Mickey Rourke's face got messed up due to his boxing career in the 90's and he needed reconstructive surgery.. he's been quoted saying he "went to the wrong guy" …. He used to be SO handsome!

He got into bodybuilding and taking Human Growth Hormone. Maybe the initial HGH was obtained by an MD. Either way, a shame really. At least he still has a heart despite his cromagnon size head.

Her scar was around her eye, which required only minor surgery. Doesn't explain the lip plumping and botox.

She said that it was due to an accident, but everything I've read on it says that she only cut her eye and it needed a few stitches. She had surgery to remove the scar… like someone else said, that doesn't explain the lips, cheeks and nose at all.

I don't see any difference between these two pictures. Her face looks a little wider in the second, but I think that's just a hairstyle thing. If anything, her boobs look smaller in the second pic

Her boobs do look smaller but it appears to be an implant that is pushing up. You can see the natural fat of her boob and then this weird thing that just pops up from nowhere.

It actually looks to me like she had a baby, her boobs got really big, then smaller and now are kinda deflated which the bad push-up bra she's wearing is only making it look worse. Babies can do a number on your boobs.

no, she looked like she had her teeth fixed by using a fake cover up for a movie role. But, they are not actually fixed. She just needs to remove the cover. Her character is still there

I know that they need to look youthful for their careers, but there are some who don't fight it. Sophia Loren is iconic in my book. I don't know if she's had surgery or not. If she has, it was done flawlessly.

I don't think Nicole Kidman had surgery, at least not from the before and after pictures… the second picture is a really bad angle and awful lighting. She's still beautiful so even if she did have surgery, it went well.

There have been many plastic surgery disasters for celebs throughout the years. These are definitely some of the worst, though. It's a real shame what people (all of us, not just celebrities) will go through to try to keep the appearance of youth.

I was going to say the same about her. I wasn't a fan of hers per say, ,but she was so much prettier before she did that to herself. Why?!? Was there someone in her life telling her that she wasn't pretty or something? I know that she was dating Jay Morh (not sure if she still is or if they are married or what) but I remember reading that he said he thought she was beautiful before, but still thought she was now… so it really makes me wonder what goes through the heads of pretty girls who think they need surgery.

Ya know who got some work done who I think didn't need it? Anna Farris. I saw her in What's Your Number and I thought, "girl, you need a refund." I'm not opposed to plastic surgery, in fact, I'd get a nose job if I could afford it, but if and when I do decide to go under the knife, I'm sure as hell going to do my research first.
