#3 don't go on a diet, but teach your self a more healthy way of eating. A diet is temporarily. Losing weight and getting fit is just a matter of eating less energy than you use and use more energy than you eat. Maybe it is something to think about and the most important thing is that you made the decision to change and take control. Good luck! You got this!
I hate the term 'diet' and all 'diet' fads! My mum is doing weight watchers atm and it makes me so mad! you can eat as much of this, but none of this, and this twice a week…no! just eat healthy amounts of healthy foods and you'll be fine!
I do the weight watchers points plus. I can eat whatever I want. It just taught me portion control. 35 pounds down and counting.

I'll definitely keep the healthy vs diet thing in mind! Mainly, I'm trying to eat more healthy things and eliminate the (yummy, delicious) bad for me items like sugar and fast food. That, and my boyfriend and I have started doing daily bike rides or walks rather than planting our butts on the couch. But thank you all for the support!!
Me too! It's hard to keep focused but it totally pays off. That's cool that both u & ur boyfriend get active together.. The more support the better! Lol ur welcome.

when i saw #11 i immediately thought 'pfft yeah right' but just googled…she does have a fair chunk to her legs. I guess I just assumed cos she's 'hot' that she'd be a waif. Yay for demi lovato!

I eat clean, or try to. No processed foods, junk foods, man made sugar, bad fats etc. It was tough at 1st but I adjusted easily. There are some extremely yummy recipes out there for eating clean. Not as hard as you would think.

#3 It really is better to just constantly make healthier choices than 'going on a diet'. Its not always easy, but I try to go for a 70% (good) – 30% on bad days. Good to have a workout plan, though! Keep Going!
