I loved this DM! They're always awesome but this one showed girls doing yoga poses, workouts, etc, that weren't already ridiculously ripped, and they still look great. Gives me hope!

Agreed. I definitely don't look like the girls in most of the motivation posts when I work out, lol. The photo the other day of the girl after doing p90x… that's what I look like.. sweaty, exhausted, and wanting to die. I would love seeing more photos of us regular girls on here. I think this is a call out to all of the other berries…. ?

I got introduced to this site last week and I love it. I've been a smoker for 10 years, I am going cold turkey(im not a fun to be around right now) and been trying to eat better.(I just passed the half off cupcakes at Kroger and kept strolling and got my baked chicken and mushrooms)
This post keeps my eyes on where I want to be and how I want to live.

Next step, UPTOWNGIRL (!), bake your own chicken! You can marinate it either in a little Sesame Oil, or just lemon juice, or salt and pepper. Do it the night before and it can bake in the time you do your workout! DELICIOUS, promise!

I had every excuse in the world to NOT get my workout in today. Single mom, student, one kid sick, another had surgery today and very short nights this week. But I tucked everyone in bed, checked out past DM posts and pins to work up the ambition and kicked butt! I've lost 60+ but still have 39 to go. Sure, I'm showering and *finally* getting to bed after 1:00 am but you know what? I'm doing what needs to be done and that feels great!
