she braided her hair and twisted it and then she straightened it. A website claimed that it gave perfect curls but I tried it and it turned into a wavy crimped mess. But my hair never holds curls, so for others it may be worth a try

It makes your hair wavy. At least, it works on my extremely fine hair.

She is twisting her hair to get natural curls. this is similar to braiding and then running a straightener down.

agreed, i think it's a style that can suit some women and look bad on others… but this is most definitely a winner!

Mine too. Embrace the straight. Maybe get it cut short, or make it suuuuper long. Just experiment with it. You'll find something you love about it. I did for mine. =)
