#9 just made me get up and grab a huge glass of water with my 1:30am snack. You can't drink enough water when its 110 degrees here in Nor Cal every day.
Sorry berry ladies, but the lady in #5 doesn't look all that strong. perhaps lindsay kaye miller or kathleen tesori? xoxo
uhm… you dont have to look like a body builder to be strong and healthy.
#16 HMOTB! Good job!
Cincinnati Chivette here.
#16 awesome job guys! this is my goal for next year, Tough Mudder Dallas, TX!
Ooh, I love #12
#6 I am going to steal this and stick to it
#14 is so true
I have this written on my mirror. Always gets me going
#6 you can have a small meal about an hour beforehand, and it's recommended you replenish protein within the following 30-45 mins. 2 hours is too long to wait!
#15 love, love, love Jennifer Aniston. Imagine she's 43. No gimmicks here just healthy eating and a great daily workout……. for years on end! Proves the point that it's a lifestyle!
#6 not completly true. Althought it is healthy, you should be eating .25% of your goal weight in protein and carbs within an hour before you workout to fuel yourself during the workout and the same, 15-45 minutes after your work out to replenish your body and to start the recovery process. For example, If you want to weight 200lbs you should be eating 50g of protein and carbihydrates before and after your workout.
