#5, if I could live in Washington state and have a tree house like that, I probably wouldn't have any stress anymore.
#28, although sometimes white wine or white whine spritzers can be nice to drink cold, wine is suppost to be drank at room temp

    • Daydee3

Not all wines. Some are better chilled. Others are ment to be consumed at room temp. :)

    • Fifth

Whites are to be chilled, blushes can go either way depending on type and preference. Reds are to be served at room temp. Also, it's "supposed."

#11 #12 I came back from there a few weeks ago and I find Paris to be a sad, sad place. Every time I go it loses more of its magic. It's a beautiful city: the architecture, the arts, the history… The problem is that it is also the dirtiest, smelliest big city I have ever been to (compared to London, Dublin, Stockholm, Toronto, Montreal, Vancouver, Seattle, New York, Portland or., Oslo and a few more besides.)

The smell of piss will make you gag in some train stations, there are people smoking everywhere, you have to be careful to avoid trash in the streets, there is an absolutely incredible number of graffiti… And that's not taking into account how rude and unhelpful many of the locals are (even if I speak french as a first language!) as well as the astounding number of pickpockets and dishonest beggars. It's such a shame really!

agreed… i didn't feel overwhelmed by any kind of romance or magic whilst i was there, not that i was expecting literal fairy dust to appear :P… i agree it's beautiful history/ architecture-wise but it was quite dirty and very expensive, which i know is expected of a city but it was like £25 for an omlette with no extras, i could do up to £15 but even then that's just ridiculous!… i can remember being under the Eiffel Tower and two men ran past us with a load of purses and were quickly followed by two policemen with guns, i grabbed my purse tightly and immediately went back to my hotel… i loved New York and London but Paris is a no no…

  • Smurfy

#24 So at what age do we stop making fun of people for hairstyles, the clothes they wear, etc.??

    • Smurfy

      I meant #22

    • Boop

NEVER!! if they wear/ have a hairstyle that looks ridiculous then it's human nature to poke fun at them… ok, so on kids it could be considered adorable and on much older adults it could be down to one or a few illnesses in which case it's probably considered bad taste to make fun of them but anyone else is fair game…. plus in Miley's case i don't think she's anyone over 12's favourite celeb so again, why not laugh at her even though she apparently did this for a charity who's to say it's not a cover up for her trying to get back into some sort of limelight? :)
