Keep working at it and go slowly. I've been running since the beginning of this year and have just now been able to crack the 3 mile mark. You can do it!
Congrats on the running! I just started running this summer too and am hoping to get to the 3 mile mark next Monday.

Can anyone recommend a good green tea brand/mix of flavors? I can't drink it plain…it tastes like grass clippings and makes me nauseated.
Have you tried white tea? I believe it's just a young bud from the same plant. I have white tea with some vanilla and it's much more palatable, cos I hate green tea too
actually, I just bought Qi brand green tea mix, with pomegranate and cranberry. it's organic, fairtrade and really good

#4 There are many many brands of popsicles made with with fruit juice and no refined sugar or corn syrup- lots are under 100 calories too- just gotta check the labels. Also, frozen fruit can be very hard to chew.
