#16 losing weight 3.5 lbs / week is incredibly fast! You may find that rate will slow as you approach your target weight: don’t get discouraged, keep at it!
Since you are doing MMA, you should be gaining muscle while getting rid of fat. I would recommend having a target body fat percentage instead of a target weight. Good luck, and keep it up.
#11 As much as I would like a flat tummy, no. 9 will never happen. Some of the others I could probably work on…
I don't think it has to be entirely. Just know how to use moderation, and not get home from the gym and eat a chocolate cake. You shouldn't have to give up absolutely everything to reach goals, just alter your situation a bit. It helps so you don't binge as much and go crazy.
