It's a steampunk necklace. All I can tell so far is that it was from an etsy.com shop. The most recent posts of it on Pinterest are about a year old, so it probably sold. I did some looking on etsy, but didn't find anything. You might want to search etsy for "steampunk necklace". There are LOTS of them… good luck!
