#13 I've saved thousands of calories over the past year by making scrambles for me and my husband using two full eggs and four whites (discarding the yolks). After a week of eating them, we never missed the extra yolks. Though I do go through a ton of eggs now

#3 Is this what she looks like now, or is this and old picture? Either way I love her for her courage to step out and be willing to put herself out there even though she didn't magically lose all her weight like a supermdel!

Always appreciative of Daily Motivation especially on days like today. I am the only person I know who can pull a muscle just putting on a sports bra.
