    #13 I thought agave was now considered "bad" since it's like the health food equivalent of HFCS. I don't use it (prefer regular cane sugar, honey, or maple syrup) so I don't really know, but I thought I read an article about it recently.

      the part of sugar that is bad for you, making it addictive and causing weight gain/sickness etc is fructose. agave is much, much higher in fructose than other sugars. i never touch it
