    #12 I started June 1st and the changes are incredible. Especially now that I am pairing that with training for a half marathon in March.

    I'm having serious motivation issues lately =/ mostly because the weather has been horrible and I can't afford new running pants BUT THAT'S JUST AN EXCUSE and I know this. And I can't afford a gym membership or anything like that either and I feel like I don't even have TIME for working out because I'm so stressed about work.
    Even though I know that working out would make me feel less stressed.
    I don't know where this is coming from but I really need to get out of it asap.

      It happens to all of us. Sometimes trying something completely different gets you going. Not sure where you live, but here in Atlanta, GA most gyms give you a free trial. Also, boot camps also often offer a freebie so you can check them out. You'll be back in the game in no time. KCCO

      me too! this always happens to me 2-3 months after taking up a form of physical exercise. only i give up right away. i don't even know why i open daily motivation, it doesn't motivate me at all, nothing actually does.

    I have started checking the DM everyday:) it really helps me get out the door and run
