#1 you must be confused or something:) if you don't have a break every once in awhile (I'm not saying live off it, and not saying gorge, but just…a treat) then from my viewpoint it won't end up good in the long run. In the beginning yeah you really shouldn't(might throw yourself off track completely). But you can't expect to give up every little thing and still enjoy life.

I really don't think that was the point at all of this pic

Probably not, but it does send a confusing message. I also at first thought it was implying that you fail as soon as you have a cookie. But maybe that also says something about the people interpreting it that way? ;p I'll gladly walk an extra mile for a cookie!😀

    • Becky

I interpreted it as having the willpower to say no to something. Sure, it's good to reward yourself once in a while, but from a big girl's perspective, saying no to a cookie can be empowering in a way.

    • surlymermaid

I interpret it as "Ok, more for me"!😀

  • justlilolme

it's just saying make healthier choices. Cookies should be for a special occasion and not an impulse snack.. that's how I read it. No psychological mind trip there.

this is true…eating healthier is killing my wallet:/

If you eat health, you dont need the doctor that often. So you don't have to pay him

I am with James on this! I love eating healthy but damn it is expensive and I am hungry afterwards!

#15 the only thing on the fruit plate is SUGAR! (and whatever other enzymes, etc. make up the fruit) Yes, it digests more slowly. Fructose instead of refined sugar (sucrose), but unless there is some PROTEIN, it's still a problem if you are DIABETIC or insulin resistant. Yes, better than a candy bar…but…
