    #2 is horrible for you.

I can see this becoming awfully controversial, because that's what always happens with vegan/vegetarian diet stuff lol. But yeah, I'm not a fan of it either…

I'm not putting down a vegan diet at all, instead i'm pointing out that the "facts" in this post are wrong. the amount of protein you need depends on your physical activity. if you lift weights and are trying to tone, you need 1 gram of protein per pound you weigh. otherwise, your body will burn muscle and hold on to fat. you can easily get the protein from rice or hemp powder protein shakes or vegan milk. I just don't think it is right to post misinformation.

this protein requirement is just to maintain healthy amounts for the body it has nothing to do with building muscle or training. The only time you need more than 100 grams in a day is if you are training intensely. This image/post is just a basic look at how you can get protein and calcium in places other than meat and dairy.

I am a vegan and finished my twelfth triathlon a month ago and am now training for a half ironman. So please tell me, because I am dying to know, why is this is horrible for me?

#16 *wolf whistle* keep it up!

#2 I'd rather just eat a big ol' ribeye steak and wash it down with a glass of strawberry milk.

    • Coco

And you'll probably end up with a big ol' heart attack if you don't balance this with veggies and fruits!!! Moderation is key

        I think it was a joke…

In #11, my soccer team called 4 the "Saturday night special"… makes doing them a lot more fun!

After a less than awesome day at work, I went 5.12 miles in 60 minutes on an elliptical machine. Crossramp set at 17, resistance at 8. I burned 579 calories. That's the most I've ever done. I was not tired. Like #5 says, I was releasing more than sweat. Thank you Berry. Thank you very much.

I love you even more now that you talked about Veganism.
Not only it's healthy, milk: veal/baby beef and eggs: male baby chicks suffocated or ground alive must end!
