How dare you not worship the co-writer of Don’t Mess with the Zohan!!!! Apatow has a cerear arc of failing upwards. All of his precious tv projects that always seemed phony and sentimental bombed, so of course Hollywood handed him a movie studio. Yes, The 40-year-old Virgin was a solid comedy, but mainly because of Steve Carrell’s performance as a likable loser. Or was it Colbert? I forget and I’m drunk. Wait, what was I talking about? Oh, yes, Jason Seegal. What the hell was the name of that Judd-shitstorm movie? Who cares?
