    #10 Go easy on the nuts! Most nuts listed (macadamia, peanut, almond, cashew) are roasted. That's a treatment similar to deepfrying. Check the label for contents, it should not list (natural) oil.

      Most definitely, Bubba. Thanks! I only buy raw, unsalted, unroasted nuts. The ONLY "Contents" should be the nuts. 😀
