#12 I used to live in Colorado and all of my friends and I would make it a Sunday thing and do the Incline then get some Brewskies, now I'm stuck in dirty jersey! Hope you enjoyed the view!!

The Berry Girls should contact her so that they could interview her and create a post of her journey.

I love the photos, they are amusing but also very true. I especially like the "The only bad workout is the one that didn't happen."

#8 I own a heart rate monitor by Polar. It helps me know when I'm overdoing it. I can go over my max rate easily if I don't wear the monitor.

It has lasted 20 years and only two battery changes that they still do at the factory for very little money. Awesome product.

    Where does one acquire #10?

  • skeptis

I'm confused, are we supposed to be motivated to be healthy or to be skinny? You know what's really bad for motivation? Body shaming.
