dear Berry, please look up the definition of Passive Aggressive. Leaving a note that directly address' an issue you have with someone is not a form of passive aggressiveness
The passiveaggresivenotes site addresses this by saying that it really just posts funny notes. But also, the gesture of leaving a note to address an issue is a passive aggressive maneuver.
Not if you don't have the opportunity to address the person directly, or don't know who they are. FYI.
Please – for the love of dog – if you don't know whether an apostrophe is needed, leave it out.
