    #6 I got some side notes. Even tough there are a lot of benefits using cinnamon it's not recommended to use the spice in big quantity's or for a longer time. During pregnancy this spice may stimulate contractions early in the pregnancy, which can cause harm to the fetus and possibly result in miscarriage. There is a substance in cinnamon that's called coumarin. This natural toxic could cause cancer in long-term use of big quantity's. Further research is needed..
