Is the second one supposed to be 255? It seems weird that he lost 10 pounds the first year then 140 the second year.

      • Sonia

not weird at all. it's really hard to get started. i've lost 5 pounds in 4 months, but i have faith that soon I'll start dropping the weight faster if I stay motivated to eat right and exercise.

      • doerteee

Maybe the change just took a while to show for him. /shrug
Or he worked even harder the second year, who knows.
        Still, great work!

      • googleberry

He started at 365 PLUS… and probably didn't know exactly how much he weighed when he started.

    • MacNerdBoy

In the first pic, I just know I was over 365. I didn't really start trying until the second year. When I first actually started trying, I was 355.

    There's something off about #2…

    • Sonia

it's the eating the right breakfast. it's repeated. i'm upset because i want to know what the right breakfast is.

It's the fact that the compiler of these posts doesn't actually read the info, or have any knowledge of nutrition or exercise. She just finds stuff and the internet and puts it together.

    • chelsea_dagger

Who takes the time to put these infographics together and doesn't catch these ridiculous mistakes??? I'm not upset, I mean… it's not like I'm paying for it… but I sure as hell hope they're not being paid to make these retarded mistakes.

On a different note, just go to bet early and get enough sleep. Simple as that.

#1 is the most beautiful girl I've ever seen. Especially because she's working out.
#9 is my goal, too, you go girl! we'll get on thechive soon!

#9 I don't mean to rain on anyone's parade, you're doing great with the fitness thing, but people need to get over the gap thing – not all girls can have a gap, it's all down to your natural build. It's not a validation of how hot you are and people need to be fit and healthy and less bothered about aesthetics.

  • doerteee

    I am addicted to #8

  • Becky

If you look at the gap posts, most are spreading their legs apart, at least a little. It's not like their feet are together. Having a gap in at least some poses is attainable for everyone.

  • MissVega84

I am going to work out right now. I cant afford the gym but I am making use of my space at home:) The Berry's DM keeps me going!

    • googleberry

That is great! I can't afford a gym, either. The DM REALLY helps, too.πŸ˜€

#12 According to my dentist eating meals and snacks throughout the day is a major contributor to cavities even if your brush because of the acidity of your mouth after eating.

  • dakari84

#7 I just wanted to say that I love the daily motivations. My current goal is to be lower that 200# by the end of December. I REALLY hope I can do it. I haven't been lower than 200# for 10 years. I know the daily motivation posts keep ME motivated. Thanks!!

  • Charly

    #10 YES! Swimming is badass!πŸ˜€

#9: Chivettes come in all shapes and sizes. If you want to get fit for yourself, that's great – but don't feel that you need to just to get on thechive!
