just do me a favour and never shave your chest!!! PLEASE

    • thespiral

Seconded! Much prefer hairy men to the Ken dolls they normally post here!

      • doerteee

Some guys really don't have a lot of (or any) chest hair. :O What are they supposed to do about it?😉

  • Amanda

#7 and #7 on that. DO NOT DRINK SKIM MILK! All it is, is sugar water. Any doctor in the world will tell you that. If you are trying to lose weight and consume quite a bit of milk be it cooking, drinking, cereal, use 1%. It contains everything you need as milk without all the sugar.

Can I ask.. what does #16 have to do with motivation? Can these posts please be solely about health, confidence, acceptance and fitness – not fawning over average, attention seeking men?

    • Lindsey

I disagree. He obviously works hard and takes his fitness serious and I find that motivating. Also, there aren't just women on this site and I bet the men that see this picture gain motivation from it. Every person is motivated by different things and I believe there is room in these posts to try and strike a cord for everyone.
