    #8 She's doing deadlifts. Which means she has a strong back and legs. My kind of girl…

      Yep. Dealifts. Did those yesterday and just went running 5ks and my bum and legs are done!! Even sitting down to stretch was painful!
      But, I LOVE CROSSFIT!!!

        Deadlift is a full body exercise. You should be feeling it on your abs, chest, shoulders, upper and lower back as well. Try bending your knees more in the beginning but not past your hips, then push with your heel and thrust your hips forward as you go up. You'll get better results.
