As most of you know, Jessica Simpson dropped 60 pounds through Weight Watchers. But her diet has finally been revealed. On top of working out four times a week with celebrity trainer Harley Pasternak, she is on a smoothie diet.
Simpson began with three smoothies a day for five days, followed by two smoothies a day for another five days, and one smoothie a day for three days. She also interspersed meals and snacks accordingly.
