      I' ve been an avid runner for years, and I'm anything but stick figurish. You might want to take the time to investigate a little. Running requires strength as well as endurance. Many runners look quite healthy. I suspect your reply is motivated by some negative feelings on your part, possibly about yourself. You should try running. It's a great stress reliever and promptes happy feelings ;)
