#13 that is the cutest kitty! I remember when my tuxedo cat was little bitty. Now he's all grown up but still has the personality of a kitten. I found a man who loves my little man as much as me. All in due time

#14- I moved to Chicago 3 years ago and also struggled withe the move. Hang in there! I found my people at Crossfit 312. There is an amazing and welcoming group of people here and you should stop by and say hi if you want!!

#14 – I moved to the Chicago area with my boyfriend a little over 3 months ago and I totally feel where you're coming from. Making friends in a new city is not as simple as I'd hoped it would be! Stick with it and keep putting yourself out there… hopefully by the end of 2013 we will both have new friends to celebrate with!

#23 good plan. Traffic is always going to suck or people are always going to do rude or stupid things, it's not personal towards you. Just let it roll off. I realized that when I first started driving. I rarely let traffic bother me, sometimes it does but not like some people who let it bother them every time they are in the car.

#8 Congratulations and keep moving forward! I myself am taking the first steps to get myself out of my unhealthy relationship. I've vowed to stop letting him make me miserable and am moving on to bigger and better things after 4 years of trying to make it work. We can make it through this!

Mine was an unhealthy 4 years as well. And divorce is harder than anything I ever have felt. But you're right, we CAN make it through this and in the end we'll be stronger for it! I'm proud you're taking those steps for you as we'll! Thanks for the positive words!!

Thanks so much! TurboFire and Insanity Asylum. I'm totally a BeachBody girl. Love their programs. I also track my food every day and eat as cleanly as I can ( within reason. lol) Abs are made in the kitchen!

1. You are freaking AWESOME! 2. Any advice on how to keep motivated? I'm on my own lifestyle journey and so far have lost 5lbs. It's a small number, but its better than nothing and has needed to happen for a long time now.

I moved to Chicago by myself for a job a year ago, and it's been so hard meeting nice people. I totally didn't expect it to be this hard. My resolution is to love spending time alone, working on being a better person, and exploring this awesome city!! KCCO! We should create a Berry group here in Chicago to meet up and have coffee!!! #14

#14 and Samantha, I also moved to the Chicago area about a year ago, I'm in the suburbs. I know it can be hard but remember we live in a wonderful city, and it gets easier every day! Today i was feeling pretty homesick post holiday and it was just what i needed to learn the are other newbies out there.

#14 Wonderful resolution! I feel you! I had to move from California to Hawaii to be with my husband. It’s almost been a year but it’s only til recently i’ve become more acclimated. I’ve met so many new, kind, and genuine people. The positive vibe you give to the world will come back to you. Don’t feel deterred to make new friends if you meet a few bad apples. There are beautiful hearts everywhere, and I hope you meet some to make the move easier for you
