    Hi Berry, I never comment on websites but I felt I had to leave a comment here. The daily motivation posts, along with all the other berry comments help me so much to stay motivated and positive about my fitness. I live in Australia, so I get the mornin posts in the evening. If I read a daily motivation and I haven't exercised, I feel guilty! Thanks so much and keep up the good work! Xxx

      Exactly, you can't eat a pint of Haagen-Daas and say to yourself, it's okay because it's green tea!

      I love just regular green tea! I don't want anything else in it, it ruins the taste for me.

        you could try putting honey or stevia in it. or lemon.

        I used to hate the taste, but after going to Japan, it grew on me and now I love it. You can also buy green tea with other flavours in it to mask the taste, like green and pomegranate
