This is actually really sad…. You can see the scars from cutting, and where she carved "FAT" into her skin.

    • berrygirl

      I noticed that too😦

      • ChinupCheerup

Good for her for finding something powerful and protective to act as a constant reminder that things can be okay. At least, that's what I'd like to think the meaning behind getting the tattoo there was.

        • katastrophe89

I want to get it tattooed because to me "expecto patronum" represents keeping a positive attitude when things get bad. It reminds us to think of what we love most in the face of darkness. Harry Potter…deeeeep. Lol

    • funny high :-)

So getting inked is okay, but cutting is sad? Some people cut for the same reason others get tattoos, and I for one would rather scars than ugly tattoos.

      • Hi Hello

As someone who had a past of this terrible problem, I find it offensive that you think self inflicted scars are better than something that can represent a better look on life. I got a tattoo that meant something to me, to cover where I used to cut. Its a reminder that life is worth living and if I ever feel the urge that will always be a battle for cutters, I in no way could ever ruin the beautiful tattoo and its purpose.

      • Ash

I thought it might just be white ink. I hope that's the case.

      • Suzanah

Looks like a UV tattoo (ultraviolet), not sure though..

      • jess

It's white ink! Basically looks like a scar when all is done and healed. I have one on my wrist!

      • LGG

        thank you for the answers!:)

I had no idea white ink could be used… awesome!

    • mn_mom

I am pretty sure this is the new fad of scarring. I can't be sure without a closer photo. To do this the design is carved into the skin and heals to form the tattoo.

  • circleofcreation
