  • Manda

#8 Is not completely true. Especially with regards to the various fruits! Some of those fruits have a lot of natural sugar and the calories to go with them! Celery and other types of vegetables like that sure, but definitely not the fruit.

    • jane

haha yeah some sorority girl made this. its not true

Unless you have lots of fat, in which case, you may be fat (but that's ok).

  • Bodybuilding berry

Berry! Please check facts before posting! It's a terrible myth that there is such things as zero calorie foods. Only water. Thanks! (From a bodybuilding berry)

#15 !!!! Thank you so much for posting this! I'm struggling with my weight gain. Lost 83 lbs gained 20 back. Seeing your amazing success is a huge motivater for me. I'm going to look at it everyday to get my ass in gear. I also CrossFit, now it's time to get nutrition in order. Thank you so much. Way to go!!!!!

Be careful with CROSSFIT you may look good now but the stress and damages to ligaments is bruttel, and is my firm belief that Crossfitters will have a herder time in future with joint aches & pains. I see a Crossfit injury almost Bi-weekly. The motivation it brings in WOD groups is huge, But long term healthy living is better, learn to swim, so much better for joints. and for god sakes don't do the Kipping pullups 1. they aren't pullups don't kid yourself, 2. There is a reason the Dept of Defense Banned it from basic training. – if the crossfit craze continues to explode I'm buying stock in Tennis balls for the walkers to be sold in 20 years.

#8 OMG, such b.s. lol. Apples, oranges, grapefruit all have about 100 calories. If these don't have calories, how do vegans not starve to death?….does that make sense to you?

    • Bailey

It says in the post itself – your body burns more calories while digesting them – MAKING them extremely low calories. But, i will agree with you, that you have to have a good metabolism for this to happen. You can't eat fast food all the time, and burn the calories from one orange a day. It's a process.

      • John80

Uh, wrong. It says they are ZERO calorie foods, and yes your body burns SOME calories when digesting food, but not more than what is being taken in.

  • pippin

CrossFit is amazing. If you have good form and body machanics then you're golden. No need to put down what she finds motivational.
