The post-breakup, settling-the-score phase is always awkward. This is the stage in the breakup when books are sorted through, hoodies are returned, and any outstanding financial restitutions are made.
Unless, of course, one of you is guilty of cheating.
Harriet, a girl from Cheshire, England, recently went through a breakup with her philandering snake of a boyfriend, named Dan. Despite his infidelities, Dan had the audacity to ask Harriet to pay him back for the tickets to a Justin Bieber concert that the pair recently attended together before their relationship went south.
Dan insisted on getting his money back from Harriet …
… but wouldn’t even disclose why he needed it so soon.
So, Harriet decided to settle the debts between them — but not without twisting the knife a bit. She set up a direct deposit between herself and Dan which will automatically deposit £0.01 into his bank account every day until the amount is fulfilled.
Just to help Dan out with his finances, she made sure to label all the transactions with the reference “Cheating C*nt.”
Harriet estimated that it will end up taking roughly 17 years to satisfy the amount owed for the concert tickets — which means that Dan will get a daily reminder of his cheating ways for the next 6,205 days.
(This also means that she technically owes him, like, £62, which is a pretty ridiculous amount to badger an ex-girlfriend about.)
Simple, devastating, and ultimately fair. What more could you possibly ask for in a cheating ex-boyfriend revenge plot?
