If your New Year’s resolution includes finding a well-paid job in an inexpensive city, this list is for you.  NerdWallet discovered the top 10 cities for career opportunities that can expand your wallet.  The study includes 100 of the largest cities in America and considered important characteristics like federal data on unemployment rates, workforce growth, median earnings and rent costs.

Its results showed you might want to place your bets on Texas or North Carolina since each state includes two of the leading U.S. cities for job hunters.  Most of these cities are either industry hubs and/or state capitals and millennials definitely live here.
