Y’all, I’m so excited to announce my new @codyapp plan “Get Loud”- it’s 5 fun + challenging, yet totally accessible yoga classes that introduce very common advanced yoga postures and sequencing in a judgement-free environment. I’ve never been the fastest, strongest, or most graceful yoga practitioner, but I think the key to learning more advanced yoga asana like #splits, #wildthingpose, & #headstands is just giving yourself the chance to fly free without worrying what anyone else thinks of you. “Get Loud” is your chance to become more present in your own body by letting go of your mental hangups. Stop blending into the background of your own life and GET LOUD- Try out a FREE class from the series at codyapp.com/getloud or through the link in my bio.

Curvin' all over this beach. I'm so happy I found @swimsuitsforall, because until then I was walking through stores eyeing all the bikinis wondering how I'd fit one ass cheek in the bottoms… Some of us like a one piece, some of us like more coverage and there's nothing wrong with that. I like a bikini. I love my body and I'm proud to be in it, and I happen to feel my best with my belly out these days. I don't wear shirts for yoga practice, I don't wear shirts on the beach. And yet most swimsuit companies (most clothing companies in general) assume I want to be covered or pretend I don't exist at all. And no, I won't feel lesser because those companies don't make clothes for me, because it isn't an insult to my body. It's an insult to them, their intentions, society's standards, and what we think is "beautiful." I'm rocking this bikini because I say so, and nobody else needs to validate that. I feel amazing and that's all I need. Wam bam.
