New Mom Catches Husband Cheating On Her And Gets The Sweetest Revenge

Success can be the sweetest revenge.

34-year-old Betsy Ayala turned her life around after catching her husband having an affair and calling her “fat f**k” and “cow” in illicit messages. At the time, Ayala had just given birth to her daughter, Isabella. In an interview with DailyMailUK, she says “I didn’t know what to do with myself at the time. I was still over 2000lbs with a 6-month-old and everything that I had worked for had just vanished.”

When Ayala gave birth to her daughter in 2013, she weighed 262lbs. “After I had my daughter I was the heaviest I had ever been.”

Transformation Tuesday !!!! 3 years and 103 lbs later it's crazy to look back and see all that has changed in my life. In the left pic I was unknowingly on the brink of the most difficult time of my life. At the time I couldn't understand how my life would unfold and what it all meant but if there's one thing I know for sure is I'M NO QUITTER 👊🏼 I know there are amazing things ahead as well as tough ones because that is life. What I also know is that I've survived all the tough times up until now and the future will be no different. The only way you figure that out is by facing life and fighting through life to be the best you for yourself, your kids etc. I pray that if you haven't up until this point been successful at conquering those battles, this is your year of success and resilience. There is no greater feeling than standing on top of the mountain after the hardest climb of your life! 💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼 ——————————————– Consumers who use Herbalife Formula 1 twice per day as part of a healthy lifestyle can generally expect to lose around 0.5 to 1 pound per week. Participants in a 12-week, single-blind, study used Formula 1 twice per day (once as a meal and once as a snack) with a reduced calorie diet and a goal of 30 minutes of exercise per day. Participants followed either a high protein diet or a standard protein diet. Participants in both groups lost about 8.5 pounds.

After the pregnancy, Betsy turned to Herbalife shakes and lost 60 pounds. But it wasn’t until she uncovered her husband’s indiscretions with his coworker that the life she’d built for herself really came crashing down.

“I had been with him since I was 17 and pretty much devoted my life to our relationship and him.”

She found the incriminating messages between her husband and his co-worker two days after Christmas, in which they called her names like “cow” and “fat f**k”.  Betsy’s world was flipped upside down. Not only had she been betrayed, she was humiliated.

She filed for divorce and decided to make a substantial change in her life, not for her husband’s approval, but for herself.

“I would cry after every workout and it was then that I decided that this wouldn’t not define me and I was going to change for me and for my daughter.”

💚💚💚 You are exactly where you are because that is where you deserve to be … 🔑 The biggest change I needed to make to change where I was, was the realization that I was there because of me. So often I hear people on a journey say they fell off because of a stress in personal situation or their job, or their busy life and their kids … but here's the thing, life happens to everyone all the time. The second I came to terms with the fact that gaining over 100 lbs was my doing and I owned it I gained the power to change it. I blamed all my circumstances and never myself but it was I who chose to watch an hour of TV instead of hit the gym or eat junk food every day instead of something healthy telling myself that I somehow deserved it because of a stressful day – "Your life is a result of your choices, if you don't like something about your life make different choices" ———————————————— Consumers who use Herbalife Formula 1 twice per day as part of a healthy lifestyle can generally expect to lose around 0.5 to 1 pound per week. She kicked off this new period in her life with 3 days of Zumba a week, then shifted into running and weight lifting at the gym six times a week with a high protein diet.

“I had pretty much had weight issues my whole life,” Betsy told The Daily Mail. “I have anxiety and instead of dealing with the real source of my anxiety I would eat and then that would become the source of my anxiety and I would eat some more and it was just a vicious cycle.’

“Now I honestly feel that what he did was a blessing because otherwise, I would have been the way I was forever.”

Betsy currently weights 159 pounds and loves the skin she’s in. She acknowledges the circumstances that got her to where she is today, but she says she didn’t change her life for revenge or any malicious intent. The baby daddy drama was just the motivation she needed to really push herself to be happier.

“I guess sometimes you have to hit rock bottom to dust off and fight for you.”

#GRATEFUL … thank you to everyone who has sent me sweet messages or followed me because of all the stories. Never in a million years did I imagine this would happen but at the root of all this is my intention and that is simply to show that from your biggest setback can come your greatest comeback. Additionally I want to clear something up … I started my weight loss journey before my relationship fell apart but once my marriage was over i had a moment of retrospect to make a decision of where my life was going to go from that point forward. I changed for me and for my daughter. I did not change for revenge, I do not believe in revenge at all. I can't control what people's opinions are or their assumptions but that is my truth. I tried many times since I was a child to lose weight but for one reason or another wasn't successful. I guess sometimes you have to hit rock bottom to dust off and fight for you. I wholeheartedly do not wish that was the case but that's how it happened. My ex is an amazing father and a great friend. He supports me and is beyond proud of me because I'm his little girls mom and because we are friends and parents of this amazing little girl. It also took work and forgiveness, prayer, understanding from both of us to get to that place but we did and he deserves as much of the credit for that as me. I love life I believe in family, forgiveness, compassion and love. That's what I'm about. Thank you for your support, love you guys!

The happy mother and daughter duo are currently living their best lives in Houston, TX, and Betsy says she’s forgiven her ex-husband for his indiscretions. He’s still involved in both of their lives as a friend and a father and is really supportive and proud of her progress. “I love life I believe in family, forgiveness, compassion and love.
