We are no stranger to the tiresome nature of a long work week. At times, we even find ourselves succumbing to the seemingly insurmountable stress that life brings. There are days when it just feels like too much and we’d rather just stay home, curl up in fetal position under our comforter, and sleep until the stress magically disappears.
