We may only be a month and a half in, but it’s clear that 2017 is going to be a year full of epic Netflix releases. Following the recent addition of original productions such as A Series of Unfortunate Events and Santa Clarita Diet, the streaming service held an event in New York on Wednesday to surprise avid viewers with a sneak peak of what’s to come in the next few months.
Let’s just say, we won’t be letting go of our unhealthy binge-ing habits anytime soon…
Netflix announced its most exciting original releases for 2017 (so far) and we might need a minute.
According to Techaeris, this includes over 1,000 hours of new content in a variety of different genres so you’ll never run out of binge-worthy material. Some of the additions we are most excited for include Season 5 of Orange Is the New Black set for release June 9 (so mark your damn calendars now!), a second season of The OA (date tbd), Casting JonBenét, and the Magic School Bus Rides Again.
