With Spring finally in our midst, it’s important that we take time to reflect on some of those resolutions we made back in January. Have you kept up with any of your goals or lifestyle improvements or have they been set on the back burner?

With over 6 million followers and her very own fitness program known as the Bikini Body Guide, Kayla Itsines is pretty much an all-around badass. Follow her for daily doses of inspiration and transformation photos that will seriously blow your mind.

Emily Skye has an impressive 1.9 million followers and is infamous for her brutally honest photos that reveal what hard work at the gym can accomplish. #Goals
3. Alexia Clark
Alexia Clark is one of my favorite fitness models to follow not only for her easy-to-learn workouts, but also because she has the world’s most adorable bulldog. He often enjoys interrupting her videos and it’s too cute to handle.
4. Jena Mays
Jena Mays is another badass lady to keep an eye out for. With over 90k followers, she’s made a name for herself in the fitness world through her training at Onnit Fitness Academy. She’s also pretty great with self defense.
Julia is another favorite fitness gal of mine because she never fails to keep things in perspective. No one has the exact same body and everyone’s progress and goals are going to be different. She reminds us that the most important thing is to keep going.
Jeanette Jenkins is a highly experienced trainer and nutritionist. In addition to helpful workout techniques, her Instagram also provides healthy recipes and diet tips. The best of both worlds.
7. Louise Green
Louise Green is yet another kick-ass female to follow. Every one of her posts are inspirational and always body-positive. Both are key elements to appreciating every step in your journey.
If you’ve been looking for motivation to get that perfect bubble but, look no further. Katya Elise Henry is practically Insta-famous for her toned derriere and her dozens of squat guides will help you get there.
9. Lita Lewis
In addition to being a fitness trainer, Lita Lewis also founded an athletic wear company that specializes in motivational messages and body positivity. Not to mention, every piece is cute AF.
This red-haired fox is an IFBB pro athlete/model who consistently keeps her body ready for competition. She also has her very own website with workout tips and supplements you can try out.
11. Massy Arias
Another personal favorite of mine, Massy Arias, is an all around amazing human being. She literally just had a baby and her body is stronger than ever.
Ollie is an up and coming fitness trainer out of Sweden. At only 23 years old she could probably out-squat most of my guy friends.
13. Sami B
Last, but certainly not least is the gorgeous Sami B. My favorite thing about her Insta is the non-stop instructional videos. It’s almost like getting free training.
