Fame-infused couple Orlando Bloom and Katy Perry recently parted ways, leaving room for Bloom to cavort with Leo DiCaprio at Coachella and — apparently — take part in random one-night stands with hotel waitresses.
According to The Sun, waitress Viviana Ross was recently propositioned by the famous actor while he was staying at the Chiltern Firehouse in London’s West End, where Ross was employed. Though the aspiring actress accepted Bloom’s generous offering (“generous offering” here means, “his penis”), she was in for a rude awakening the next morning: the hotel informed her that she had been fired.
As one of Ross’ friends apparently told The Sun, “After her shift on the Friday night she got changed into normal clothes, left the bar and bumped into Orlando outside. They chatted and he asked her to join him in his room for a drink. Of course she said ‘Yes.'”
Of course. Because if you can have sex and write it off as a business expense, then it’s a total coup!
The “friend” went on to describe the pair’s chemistry, noting that the whirlwind romance had been slowly building up over the course of five days. (Orlando doesn’t even need a full week, y’all.)
“She said it was like fireworks were going off between them. In the room they had a gin and tonic and then started kissing. He made the first moves. He’d been staying at the hotel for five days and the sexual tension had been building up.”
Unfortunately, Ross hung around in a postcoital stupor for just a tad too long.
“In the morning (Bloom) left early for an interview and Viviana stayed in bed — but that was a mistake.”
One of the hotel managers came into the room and reportedly discovered Ross still laying in Bloom’s bed. Ross received a text message later that day informing her that she fired for “fraternizing with clients.” (Which, in all fairness, is a very generous term for what was happening in that hotel room.)
While it may be somewhat ill-advised (though admittedly awesome) to have a random hookup with a celebrity, the fact that Ross was fired for sleeping with a hotel guest is perplexing. If she wasn’t on the clock or late for her shift, then how are her sexual exploits relevant? And, in a roundabout way, wasn’t she actually doing some truly stellar PR for the Chiltern Firehouse?
Apparently, though Ross is extremely upset about losing her job, she has zero regrets when it comes to her sexual liaison with the famous pirate/elf.
“There was real electricity between her and Orlando from the moment they saw each other,” her friend tells The Sun. “She said she had an amazing time and his body was very good. He was an exceptionally good lover.”
Which is a pretty hilarious thing to say about a friend’s hookup, and sort of makes me wonder if this whole thing was cooked up by one of Orlando Bloom’s publicists.
