Dr. Pimple Popper has a charcoal lace pore mask that could double as a Halloween costume

Charcoal masks are all the rage these days. Mostly due to all those videos on social media of people painfully trying to pry them off. But remember: pain is beauty. Furthermore, someone else’s pain is our entertainment.

And yet, we’d all still try just about anything to get gorgeous, glowing skin as quickly as possible.

Dr. Pimple Popper has teamed up with Dermovia to create a face mask for all skin types.

That’s right – oily, dry, combination – Dr. Lee and the most Goth Chic mask are here for all of us. If you’ve got $55 and 15 minutes of time to spare, blackheads, whiteheads, dirt, and oil can be sucked right out of your skin using “lace compression technology.” Dr. Lee promises her treatment is not only comfortable to wear and easy to apply, it’s also satisfying to remove. Anyone who appreciates gawking over her Instagram page understands the gratification that comes with extracting some ghoulish crud from the depths of the skin.

While $55 does seem a little on the pricey side, you do get 5 treatments out of it. Plus, the mask is free of harsh chemicals, cruelty-free, and vegan.

Ok, but why the lace?

According to Dr. Lee’s website, “The Peel Paste is used in conjunction with the Lace Compression Support Mask which fuses the paste to the mask and forces the paste to grip to the skin, when removed, helping to further draw out impurities for an intensive decongestion and exfoliation experience.” So first you put on the charcoal paste, and then you put the lace cutout over it. Intriguing….

Curious to see it in action?

If this mask has piqued your curiosity as much as it has ours, we’re sorry to tell you that it’s sold out on both Amazon and Dr. Lee’s website (though this product is available in Nordstrom stores but currently not online). But we’ll still be putting it on our wish list. After all, it puts us just a little bit closer to being a patient of Dr. Pimple Popper.
