The title for the final ‘Game of Thrones’ episode has people reeling

I don’t really know how this happened, but somehow, we are already coming up on the finale of Game of Thrones Season 7. (Time flies when you’re anxious about zombies/when you have a truncated season!) As such, fans are already ramping up for what promises to be an epic and eventful installment — and HBO has officially revealed the final episode’s title, which is only causing fans to become even more frenzied.

Are you ready, fam?

The final episode of this season of Game of Thrones is entitled: “The Dragon and The Wolf.”

Which, of course, seems to be a clear and direct reference to either Jon and Dany, or to Rhaegar and Lyanna, i.e., Jon’s actual parents. So, either we’re getting boat sex (*cue some sexy sound effect*), or we’re going to see Rhaegar and Lyanna’s wedding/Jon is going to discover his true heritage.

Either way: the emotional stakes are HIGH, y’all.

Twitter is already reeling from this nugget of information.

And they expect results, dammit.

It should also be noted that the finale will be 79 minutes, which is longer than any other Game of Thrones episode thus far — so get ready to be stressed out and frustrated for almost an hour-and-a-half!

Perhaps we should all do some restorative yoga or meditation before undergoing this emotional rollercoaster.
