29 people shared the one movie scene that permanently scarred them as a child

Most of us can recall at least one film from our childhood that left a lasting impression. The kind of impression that still prevents us from watching said film, no matter how old we get. For me, the first movie that comes to mind is The Wizard of Oz because flying monkeys are downright terrifying.

That being said, we decided to ask theBERRY audience about their most scarring childhood films and the responses are all too relatable.

1. kevsgirl14 should probably avoid the latest IT film.

In Disney’s Hunchback of Notre Dame when Archdeacon Claude Frollo sings about killing Esmeralda and sending her to hell. Only Disney I hate because of the scary scene and I am part French.

Puppet Master where the puppet slices the woman’s Achilles’ tendon, as he hid under the bed, so she could walk. Murder ensued. I always check under the bed before I get out.

The Fly. Traumatizing when his ear comes off and other body parts start falling off. Also when he starts vomiting on his food.
