People are mom-shaming Jenna Dewan Tatum for posting her butt on Instagram

Another day, another mom being shamed by the internet for the manner in which she chooses to live her damn life.

Jenna Dewan Tatum — Supergirl actress, wife of Channing Tatum, and mother to a four-year-old daughter — is being dragged by Instagram commenters for daring to share a snapshot which happened to show her derriere.

Jenna is currently making the premiere rounds with Channing for his upcoming movie, Kingsman: The Golden Circle. She recently posted a rather cheeky snapshot from the balcony of the couple’s London hotel, showing off her impressive booty in a revealing, lacy bodysuit.

Apparently, Channing took the intimate shot, as the couple later admitted to ET on the red carpet. “That was me being proud of doing 800,000 squats,” Jenna added.

However, some Instagram followers were insulted that a wife and mother would dare to show off something as salacious as her body. (*Cue the eye roll heard round the world*)

However, Jenna took the opportunity to prove to the haters that she has more class in one fingernail (or butt cheek) than they do in their entire bodies. She posted an Instagram quote which made it quite clear that she would be taking the high road in regards to this “controversy.” She encouraged her followers to “rise above judgment” and “step into love.”

Surprising as it may seem, having a great ass doesn’t make you any less of a great mother. If a bunch of judgmental people can’t get over themselves long enough to think outside of society’s restrictive definition of motherhood, then forget them.

Besides, I don’t think Jenna is too terribly embarrassed about the ordeal. As Channing proudly boasted to ET, “She’s got a great booty.”

Don’t hide your light under a bushel, girl!
