Apparently we’ve all been wearing bras the wrong way probably since puberty

Every now and then a life hack comes along and really makes you think about how long you’ve been doing something wrong your whole life. But a really good life hack will reach up and smack you in the face. Such is the case with this one, that revealed that most of us have probably been taught the opposite.

When Brittany Packnett put on her new bra, she made a discovery so life changing she felt an obligation to share it with the world.

Loosest clasp. Lift and set your breasts. Tighten regularly … Definitely not doing any of that.

Anyone else have the sudden urge to lift their tatas and put them in their rightful place??

Forgive my ignorance, but I too was under the assumption that you wear it on the middle clasp – that way you can either tighten it as it will inevitably stretch, or loosen it as swelling occurs when Aunt Flo is in town. At least that’s what I was told by a clerk at a certain lingerie chain that will remain unnamed.

In the wake of Brittany’s self-confessed surprise, others have come out in support (pun intended) of this very important revelation.

Brittany’s new bra came to her from Third Love, whose mission it is to make sure we all get the perfect fit for our bust.

You can even take an online quiz so that you can find the best style and fit bases on the shape and placement of your breasts. They even have cup 1/2 sizes, like if you’re between a B and a C (*slowly raises hand*).

In the words from Third Love’s Twitter account, “The best bra is one you never think about.”
