There’s a permanent tattoo vending machine for anyone who feels like rolling the dice with forever

Some people hem and haw over getting a tattoo. They spend years tweaking with the exact design, finding just the right placement, and picking an artist to perfectly capture the image they’re going for.

Then there are people who love body art so much, they’ll get just about anything. They don’t mind the idea of permanent, and don’t see any art they put on their body as something they might regret. For those people, the “Get What You Want” machine is right up their alley.

Elm Street Tattoo Parlor in Dallas, TX has a vending machine that will determine your ink fate for you.

That’s right. For just $100, tattoo enthusiasts can spin the wheel (more like twist a crank) and let a tiny plastic bubble do the choosing for you.

But what happens if you pull a design you’re not in love with?

For $20 more you can try your luck again. But there are NO REFUNDS. So if you don’t like the one you pulled, no one’s gonna force you into a chair. You’ll just be out a Benjamin.

No need to worry, though. A parlor employee by the name of Boogie told the Dallas Observer: “They’re all good ones — old-school snakes, devil heads.” Meaning you’re not bound to end up with something lame or cheesy – we doubt the busy parlor artists have any intention of trolling their customers. You’re more likely to end up with something classic like hearts, skulls, flowers, Mom.

So yeah, it’s a gamble. But if you’re the kind of person to regularly take risks with your tattoo choices, it’s kind of a no-brainer. “All of these tattoos I would price out between $160 and $180 … maybe $250,” says Boogie.

Sounds like a pretty solid deal.
